Sourcing unique and versatile rental items is what we do best here at the Wild West Collective.

Below are some highlights of our biggest additions, but you can also find an all inclusive list of everything new at the bottom of this page.

Bars

We are very excited to add 3 new large bars to our collection!

White Round Bar

A classic available from many high end event rental companies, this round bar creates a focal point for guests to gather around and for up to 4 bartenders to serve from.

Natural & White Panel Bar

This bar comes in two sizes: 6’ or 12’. Each 6’ bar can comfortably have 2 bartenders behind it.

If you rent both 6’ bars, either keep them together or split them up so you have two matching bars in different locations around your cocktail and reception space.

Rustic Modern Bar

This bar is 6’ long with medium stained vertical wood slats and a white top, to create a look that could be both rustic or modern.

This bar comfortably fits 2 bartenders behind it.

Willow Chairs

Custom built just for us, these airy light stained wood chairs have a woven rattan seat and are the perfect chair for any elevated seating.

They pair well with our heirloom farm tables or any folding table with a nice linen on them.

Sailcloth Tents

Our biggest investment for 2025 was the addition of our sailcloth tent. Our tent is 44’ in width and can be sectioned up in 20’ increments from a 44’ x 43’ tent to a 44’ x 123’ tent.

Sailcloth tents are the top of line when it comes to pole tents. They have a waterproof, semi translucent top that allows light to penetrate. The poles are covered in wood grain to elevate the interior look.

Sidewalls for these tents come in full panel clear as well as solid coverage for hiding catering tents, restrooms, or other items that you don’t wish your guests to see.

We have also created perimeter only lighting packages, as well as bistro lighting packages which consist of perimeter lighting plus 4 spoke string lighting coming from each center pole to adjacent side poles.

Tabletop

Adding new tabletop items is always one of my favorite things to source for.

Plating, flatware, glassware, and chargers really set the tone on a table, and truly elevate any design that is done.
