How to Rent
To inquire about any rental items, please add the ones you are interested your Wishlist. Once your Wishlist is complete, simply fill out the remaining requested information and submit it to us. Please do not worry about getting everything right/covered in your Wishlist! We know that unless you’ve planned weddings or events before, you probably won’t know exactly what you need. And that’s ok, because we will!
After you submit your Wishlist to us, one of our staff will be in touch to go over everything you have in your Wishlist and to get more information about your wedding or event. From here we will give any recommended or necessary changes to you before sending over a formal quote with applicable delivery fees in it for you to review!

Not all tents are created equal.
There are many kinds of tents and it is important to understand the difference between them.
Cross Cable - Rigid framework perimeter utilizing steel cables to support a suspended center pole.
Frame - Freestanding or internal framework supporting the fabric.
Pole - Internal center poles and perimeter eave poles supporting the fabric. Requires stakes and/or anchors around the perimeter for tensioning.
Pop Up - Accordion style internal framework supporting the fabric.
Our Tents.
You’ll probably notice that our tents are more expensive than some other rental locations. That’s because we invested in top of the line Celina High Peak Premiere II Pole Tents and Tidewater Sailcloth Tents. We made this investment for a few reasons:
Because we bought high peak pole tents, as opposed to regular height pole tents or frame tents, our tents center poles extend between 18-24 feet in height depending on the width of the tent, which makes them feel more spacious when guests are inside.
After working at weddings & events where other company’s tents have collapse due to high winds (yes, this actually happens), we spared no expense and invested in the only tents that come with an engineered seal on them to withstand 90mph wind gusts. In addition, our tents are waterproof and flame retardant. The safety of your guests under our tents is the top priority for us.

Our Dance Floors
Our dance floors are made from high grade plywood with a sealed wood flooring layer to make them weather proof. They come with sub flooring stringers to help level any minor unevenness in the ground below.
